Organisations benefit from a holistic and systemic approach to conflict management. This involves reflecting on conflicts before they arise. Conflict management as an essential part of corporate governance and stakeholder management in companies.

With this in mind, #YEON was founded with Conflict Management as its own service proposition. We were often allowed to publicly explain our vision on this during the Mediation Month.

For early adopters/developers of conflict management (such as #Yeon), Thursday 9 October 2025 was an important milestone. The #Federal Mediation Commission launched the ADR Charter for Companies.

By signing the ADR Charter (‘Appropriate Dispute Resolution Charter’), a company publicly declares that it is in favour of amicable solutions to its disputes. Among others, the #FEB, the #Institute for Corporate Lawyers, #Embuild and the #FPS Justice were the first to put their weight behind this ADR Charter.

Opting for the ADR Charter means opting for efficiency and sustainability. It means opting for Sustainable Connections, which is, not coincidentally, the tagline of #Yeon.
